D Express doo (hereafter D Express) respects and protects the privacy of its suppliers, customers, employees and visitors. This statement is intended to inform you about D Express's policies and practices regarding the personal information we receive through the exchange of contacts, written correspondence, addressing shipments, visiting our websites or using our applications. Who is responsible for your personal information?
D Express, to the extent necessary to provide its services, processes the personal data of its customers, business associates, visitors to its websites and users of services and applications. D Express respects your privacy and ensures that all personal information received will be protected and treated as confidential. D Express will continue to strive to process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Why does D Express collect your personal information?

- For the purpose of concluding an agreement and realizing a contract

What personal information does D Express collect?
D Express collects your personal information, to the minimum extent necessary, for the above purposes or when D Express is required to do so by law. D Express may process all information that may be used to identify you (as an individual) directly or indirectly, such as your name, contact information and address.
How does D Express collect your personal information?

Cookies
Sites use cookies. D Express uses only technical, functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not violate your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit the website. The cookies use is necessary for the technical functioning of the site and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your settings. D Express can also do this to optimize the website. By continuing to browse the site, you agree to the use of D Express cookies. You can unsubscribe cookies by setting your browser not to store cookies. In addition, you can also delete all previously stored information via your browser settings.
Android user application
By using the Android application, you are not obligated to leave your personal data within the application, neither for inspection nor for use. Without leaving personal data, you are able to use all the functionalities of the application that don’t need your name and address. Your name, contact information and address are required in order for us to be able to create an order to pick up and deliver your shipment. And they can only be used for that purpose.
Security cameras
D Express has security cameras in its branches to protect employees, visitors and property, and to record work processes, in order to improve the quality of service and ensure the proper performance of the packaging process. These cameras are clearly visible and it is clearly stated on the objects that they are under video surveillance
How long does D Express keep data?
D Express will not keep your personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected, unless the data must be retained longer for the purpose of compliance with applicable laws. In case there is a need, D Express will ask for your permission to store your data for a longer period.
What are your choices and rights?
When you visit the D Express website and / or provide D Express with your data, you agree that D Express processes your personal data for the purposes described above. You have the right to review, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for review, correction or removal by e-mail to privacy@dexpress.rs. D Express will respond to your request by e-mail as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Unsubscribe from news and announcements
You have the option to unsubscribe from receiving news and notifications from D Express using one of the following options:
- by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the messages that D Express sends.
- By communicating via contact form on the website (when available) that you no longer want to receive news and notifications
- By sending an e-mail to privacy@dexpress.rs
When you unsubscribe from news and notifications, you may continue to receive some notifications that have already been generated before you unsubscribed from receiving news and notifications. This can happen due to the processing time and schedule of generating news and notifications.
Security of your personal data
D Express takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, detection and unwanted modifications. As proof of this, D Express has implemented and certified an information security management system in accordance with the ISO 27001: 2013 standard. The certificate is available in the Documents section of the site. If you have the impression that your data is not adequately protected or there are indications of misuse, please contact D Express via privacy@dexpress.rs.
Providing services through D Express branches
To provide you with better service, your personal information may be available to local D Express branches. These branches will use your data exclusively for the purposes for which they were provided, e.g. to enforce a contract concluded with you or to provide the information you have requested.
Sharing data with third parties
D Express will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless:
- you have given your express consent to that purpose
- is necessary to perform the contract with you
- it is an obligation prescribed by the currently valid Law
- is necessary to prevent an address abuse and fraud
Subcontractors used by D Express, who in some cases process your data for the purpose of performing the contracted services, work in accordance with the provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement that each of them signs with D Express, D Express remains responsible for data processing by its subcontractors.
Third Party Website Privacy Policy
Websites may contain links or references to other websites. Please note that D Express has no control over those websites and that the D Express Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. D Express is not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites. D Express recommends that you review the site's privacy policy each time you visit the site. If you believe the links are to websites that deal with illegal activity, please notify D Express.
Amendments
D Express may change this Privacy Policy. If D Express changes this Privacy Policy, the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this Privacy Policy will be updated. D Express encourages you to review this Privacy Policy as well as the Information Quality and Security Policy frequently, in any case before giving personal information to D Express.
