When we collect the parcel, we send you a notification or a link where you can choose the location of the parcel locker where you wish to collect your parcel.
The notification message on parcel collection is sent via Viber application. If you do not have Viber or you are not online, the notification is sent by an SMS. If D Express is blocked in your Viber application, the notification cannot be sent.
When your parcel is delivered at the selected location, we send you a notification about that and the CODE for opening the locker where your parcel is located.
You go to the petrol station you have chosen for parcel collection.
a) If you have paid for the parcel in advance, you go straight to the parcel locker, type in the CODE and collect the parcel.
b) If you pay for the parcel on delivery, you just read your CODE at the petrol station cash register, pay the cashier, type in the CODE at the parcel locker, and collect your parcel.
